I’ve been watching and writing about 437 E. Bay Street, one of the better homes for sale in East Side Costa Mesa, for almost 5 months now. This is a fixed up single family home on a nice quiet street with a pool in the front yard. So why did it take so long for it to go under contract? PRICING! The home was originally listed at $919,000 but it went through a couple of price changes. Finally, when it got to $799,000, East Side Costa Mesa Buyers were ready to make a move. Congrats to the Seller and Buyer on this one… I think it is a great property.
