We have used Scott on two occassions, both as the seller and the buyer.  In both instances, he has provided accurate comps and data to support pricing, which served well in this turbulent market.

In particular, Scott was very patient with us being that we were buying our first home together as a married couple.  He remained non-judgemental and supported us through the entire buying cycle, even showing us homes in other parts of Orange County to serve our curiousity, which reminded us of where we truly wanted to buy.  He has extensive experience and local knowledge of East Costa Mesa, Dover Shores, and the Westcliff neighborhoods, which ultimately helped us get a good price for what we exactly were looking for.

We will use Scott again for future real estate transactions.
