The report will show that the average sales price is holding flat at $1,409,000 with only 3 closed single family homes in the area. There was a rise in new listings (12 in August) and the average days on market is 115.
The most notable home that sold last month was 332 Catalina Drive which traded for $1,440,000 (about the area’s average). This was a pretty good deal for a finely built home.
