The Newport Heights real estate market continues its slow pace as July brought a total of 5 closed sales desirable neighborhood of Newport Beach. On the bright side, this was up from 2 total sales the month before. The average sales price dropped about 500k, but this was expected as we had some big ticket homes trade the in June. The average days on the market jumped to 168 and we added a total of 7 new listings to the Newport Heights real estate market.
